Past Barbecue Recipes

Used in Competition

Caesar Chicken

2 cups olive oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
3 tablespoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons pepper

After chicken is finished cooking, sprinkle finely grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken to melt.


Mild Vinegar and Oil Sauce

1/2 pint cooking oil
1 pint of vinegar
1 cup of water
5 tablespoons of salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika


Basic Vinegar and Oil Sauce

1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons pepper
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Variations to the above Vinegar and Oil Sauces

Considering substituting the following ingredients to change the taste of the sauce

Tabasco sauce
Chili powder
Paprika
Red pepper
Cider Vinegar
Different brands of poultry seasoning
Lemon Juice
Nutmeg
peanut oil

Turkey Teriyaki

1 cup honey
1 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons ground Ginger
4 teaspoons garlic powder


Turkey Recipe

1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 jalapeno pepper (coarsely chopped)
1/4 cup red onion (coarsely chopped)
2 tablespoons line juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup of water
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup peanut oil
